TipGuru allows users to request the deletion of their personal data from our systems.
When a deletion request is submitted, we will:
Remove personal information such as name, email, and subscription details.
Remove usage data associated with your account (predictions history, preferences).
Delete any associated cloud storage data.
To request deletion:
Open TipGuru app and go to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account.
Confirm the request.
Alternatively, email support@tipguruapp.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for operational or legal purposes.
After deletion:
Your account will be permanently removed.
You will lose access to premium subscriptions and historical predictions.
This action is irreversible.
